Cleaning Policies

Our housekeepers, Pittenweem Properties, will comply with the "Cleaning Protocols for Self-Catering Properties and Short-Term Lets in the Context of Covid-19" issued by the Association of Scottish Self-Caterers (of whom we are members) in consultation with the Scottish Government. A summary is available on Pittenweem Properties website, and full details are available from the ASSC.

In additional to enhanced cleaning, please note we are changing all pillows, duvets, mattress protectors & pillow protectors at each let: i.e we are "resting" one set between lets.

We are also no longer providing an information folder in the house but will provide essential information (including key appliance instructions) on  a few laminated sheets. Instead w eras directing guests to the extensive local information on our website.
